(CNN) -- Oprah Winfrey will announce on Friday's "Oprah Winfrey Show" that she is ending her talk show, said a spokesman for Winfrey's Harpo Productions.
Harpo spokesman Don Halcombe told CNN the final show will air in September 2011.
