Oliver Stone is one of my favorite directors, and though a sequel to Wallstreet sounds about as amazingly dull as the Basic Instinct sequel, after watching the trailer I am actually pretty interested.
Michael Douglas reprises his Oscar winning role, in place of Charlie Sheen is now Shia LaBeouf, and Josh Brolin from W is now on his second film with Stone.
Stone is at his best when his film are contriversial and explotive. My favorite of his are JFK, Any Given Sunday, Natural Born Killers, and Platoon. What I hope to see is a film that is relevant to our current economic statis, where the American banks needed bail out money from the goverment and everthing surround that. In the trailer Douglas's character says, "Someone once reminded me that I once said greed was good. But now it seems that greed it's legal."
What do think?
